The wording 'the business' that appears in the policy refers to TeoJC Web Development.

1. Data may be collected from you when you express interest to receive advertisement regarding my services.

     1.1 Data collected for this purpose will be your full name, your contact number, email address and postal                   address.
   

     1.2 Data collected for the above purpose will be encrypted and stored inside a password protected                           computer.

      1.3 Data from the above scenario will be disposed when you notify 'the business' that you do not want to                    receive advertisements.

      1.4 Data may be retained if there was no request to stop receiving advertisements. An exemption to this                    clause will only take effect when a reasonable amount of time has passed after the last contact with you.  


2. Data will be collected from you when you confirm that you wish to engage my services.

     2.1 Data collected for this purpose include(not exhaustive):

           2.1.1 Requirements of software product you wish to build.

          2.1.2 Written or verbal communication that relates to the development of the software
         

          2.1.3 Purpose of the software

          2.1.4 Intended audience of the software and data related to them.

   
    2.2 Reasonable effort will be used to ensure accuracy of the data collected. This will lead to higher quality of              service and product delivered to you.

    2.3 Such data will be encrypted and stored inside a password protected computer.

    2.4 Data above will only be transmitted outside of Singapore upon your request.
   

    2.5 Data above will only be transmitted to another entity upon your request.
   

     2.6 Data above will be retained and archived. This is because data and information will be used continuously            during the software development process.

          2.6.1 When you request cancellation of service provided by 'the business'. You will be given a choice to                          have your data disposed. Other data will be retained.
